On the ground floor there is an open plan living/dining area with a fireplace, a large corner sofa and patio doors, fully equipped kitchen with electric appliances and a full range of cooking equipment/utensils, a master bedroom with a double bed and en suite full bathroom and a twin bedroom with a shower/w-c room next to it. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A marble staircase leads you to the first floor that consists of two more bedrooms: one master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite full bathroom and one twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The outside of the villa is designed to offer you maximum privacy and unobstructed views over the Ionian Sea There is a swimming pool with hydro massage for up to four people, children’s pool, play-ground, lounge area, dining area, built BBQ, shower with cold/hot water, sun beds and parasols.
